The Toxic Effects
TOXIN OVERLOAD
Toxins are poisonous to our bodies, brains and souls - it's important that we understand and recognize toxins on the inside and outside. Toxic chemicals can lead to endless medical conditions and health diseases which can include but is not limited to cancer, hypertension, kidney & liver problems. These toxins not only affect the internal organs but toxins can also affect people externally as well. Toxins aren't meant to stay inside of our bodies which is why they cause sickness until removed or eliminated - this is also true for toxic loved ones, emotions, behaviors and environments.
This shows how sickness can be caused and experienced internally and externally which can cause overloads, breakdowns or health conditions - Insanity is doing something the same exact way while expecting different or new results. If you constantly choose to eat and drink poorly, then your current diet will reflect your future health state. Most adults have at least 10 pounds of unnecessary toxins and waste trapped inside of their colon which can cause muscle tension, headaches, stomach ulcers and fatigue.
Other signs and symptoms of toxin overload or heavy metal build-up is constipation, low energy levels, loss of affection & concentration, unusual body odor, physical pains, random skin issues or spots, stomach cramps and bloating - these are just familiar symptoms and effects people experience during a chemical or toxin imbalance. These toxins can affect your bloodstream by weakening your immune system and motor skills, this also affects your bodily functions and movements. A person that suffers from frequent headaches, body spasms, muscle tension and constant fatigue can be experiencing toxin overload which can make a person feel as if they have a virus or contagious flu.
The body and internal organs alerts the brain immediately when problems or issues arise, there are various types of toxins that can be found or seen. Internal toxins can cause build-up due to poor breakdowns of consumed food, limited digestive circulation and metabolic waste products. Exotoxins are considered to be chemically-based microorganisms that enter our bodies through some form of contamination; for example, contaminated air, water or food. Hemotoxins and necrotoxins are very dangerous which can be found in poisonous snakes destroys red blood cells and causes nerve/tissue damage. Phototoxins are associated with allergic reactions in certain individuals, these are just some of the toxins that are commonly found in mammals, people and children.
"You can not heal in the same environment that caused the sickness."
