As we continue finishing out the summer season, the seasons are changing which cause the body and mind to adapt along with the new circumstances. As the colder months begin to emerge, it's important that we understand the importance of maintaining our Vitamin D and C levels which can decrease due to less sun exposure, exercise and overall hydration. The restart effect can begin at any moment, it's important to monitor our diet and hydration levels as we finish out this year.
As we end this year, short term goals have been obtained however for the last fourth quarter - it is vital that we set attainable goals, start food journaling and utilize self-reflection methods to grow and elevate. Minimize negative social and professional exposures when starting or realigning yourself, dead energy is dead weight. The most difficult part about starting is taking that first step, gathering the necessary faith to begin. Being aware and thinking positive, supportive thoughts can make things easier versus remaining stagnant with constant negativity.
The path of success has many outlets and routes, it's not as conventional as most think, it is unpredictable but purposeful. Take action, believe in yourself and respect the total purpose of the entire process; Mediocrity is common, being normal is typical it's important that we understand the value of our originality, personalities and energies. The beginning stages allows to you to awaken yourself which requires you to tap within your spirit, soul and mind which is considering the starting point.
