Connecting Nature with Anatomy
NATURE, WELLNESS AND ANATOMY
Incorporating nature into one's diet & lifestyle choices can improve mood, mental clarity, decrease unwanted belly fat or loose weight, and improve creativity/critical thinking skills. As true humans, we must understand that melanin is dominantly produced within our bodies outside of our eyes, 'the iris' - which is where melanin is mostly found in animals & other ethnicities.
It also contributes to your physical well-being, reduces blood pressure & heart rate issues, supports muscle growth/development & benefits overall hormone production. Nature has major minerals, resources & vitamins that we need in order to thrive & grow such as copper, iron, vitamin A or D, which are very vital to our anatomy.
Living and being in nature, or even sight seeing nature landscapes affects the mind, body & energy; these effects are mood balance, decreased anger/fear or stress, improved mental patterns, feelings or reactions. Nature exposure not only helps with mental health wellness, but it also affects our emotional & spiritual health.
Ask Yourself This!
How many calories do I intake daily? How many do I burn daily?
How much water do I intake? What type of water do I intake?
Do I exercise daily? What type of exercises are meant for my health status?
How often do I stretch, walk or meditate?
Do any of these questions pertain to you? Were you confused or undecided when answering any of these questions? Did you learn anything about yourself by answering those questions?
