       Turmeric and ginger root both are known to be very beneficial to our bodies, specifically targeting gut, oral & skin health. Both are properties and compounds within their structures that create powerful chemical reactions in the body; these reactions target internal organs and boost overall organ systems.         
    They are located within the same species family which is known as 'Zingiberaceae,' which is a perennial herbal plant that's native to the continent of Southeast Asia, originating throughout different places in India.

The bioactive compound called gingerol is located within ginger which has highly potent medicinal properties.
