WHAT ARE CORONAVIRUSES?
The most recent pandemic began in late December 2019 for most Americans this was one of the most frightening, inopportune, and dangerous disasters that has hit the Americas in decades. Coronaviruses first emerged during the late 1920s found in animals, more specifically found in mammals and birds; these viruses present cold, flu-like symptoms. These symptoms can be mild or fatal depending on the person, common symptoms have been noted as body aches, headaches, chest tightness/pressure, loss of smell/taste, and sinus drainage.
However, more critical, fatal symptoms include but aren't limited to fever, dry cough, overproduction of mucus, decreased lung/respiratory levels, body fatigue/cramps, and/or swollen adenoids/lymph. The sudden emergence of the COVID-19 vaccine and alleged boosters caused a frenzy within various countries due to its' limited solutions and results. Scientists and doctors are still currently researching the virus to find its' truest impurities.
What is a Coronavirus? A coronavirus is given this name due to its' class/group that it derives from, there are numerous different types of actual corona-viruses. In 2019, it was discovered and exposed to the public in Wuhan, China which is where the first case originated from. Like the flu and H1N1 viruses, COVID-19 was described as highly contagious and detrimental to respiratory & sinus cavities.
Studies and clinical trials show that this virus correlates directly with the flu, it is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This virus directly attacks respiratory health and prevents sinus & lung cavities from working effectively.
There are ways to protect yourself and your home environment from various viruses, bacteria, and germs. The best way to break the transference of COVID-19 or other viruses is by removing your shoes and outside clothes, before you sit down, touch or use anything inside your home. These basic steps will decrease the chances of the virus being spread throughout your home environment.
It is important to keep a clean face, eyes, and hands when amongst other people, in large crowds, or in public places. Take preventative measures when entering high-risk zones such as schools, malls, restaurants, daycares, and club venues. As we enter spring and summertime, we must increase our vitamins and water intake. Hydration is key when discussing illnesses, viruses, or sick seasons. As you increase your hydration, your body will continue to flush internal organs throughout the healing process.
