Herbal and dietary supplements have been utilized in modern and western medicine for decades, however certain cultures value the importance of vitamins. Vitamins contain carbon and essential nutrients which are commonly found in different healthy and superfoods. Vitamins are considered organic compounds that consist of essential nutrients that are very beneficial to the anatomy, temple and overall developmental process.
Vitamins are broke down into two different categories, fat soluble or water soluble, which depends on how the vitamin contents dissolve in the body. For example, if a vitamin is fat soluble that means the vitamin dissolves in fat cells or tissues; water soluble means the opposite, whereas the vitamins dissolve into the body's water levels.
There are 13 types of vitamins that are associated with our bodies. Beginning with vitamin A, C, D, E, K and then B, they're commonly found in most foods and drinks, these vitamins have chemical labels such as riboflavin, folate, niacin, etc. Overall, both fat and water soluble vitamins are very beneficial for our bodies and anatomy, they affect mood & emotion control, hormones, decreases stress & fatigue, enhances memory & mental clarity patterns.
Although, vitamins are significant to the body, humans can function from compounds created through cell production along with nutritional collaboration. It is important that communities and parents start at home when teaching wellness, mental health awareness and preventive care.
