Respect, Values & Personal Awareness
RESPECTING OUR BODY, MIND & SOUL
They say, "respect is earned not given" but how do you earn self-respect, integrity and personal awareness without failing at times and overcoming obstacles to learn lessons that joy can't teach us. Most people rarely value, cherish and respect themselves which results in dysfunction, miscommunications, irritability and stagnant growth. It's important that parents, caregivers and teachers show children and young adults how to properly respect and honor themselves without the help of others. As young children, we are often taught proper social and educational behaviors which aids in the development of our personality traits and character; but we are rarely taught that in order to respect yourself and others, a person must first love, honor and value themselves completely.
The more that you respect yourself and others, the more you're able to spread positivity, love and awareness to others and your communities. There's various ways that we can help ourselves, because therapy and medication aren't always the best options for most people fighting mental or physical battles; embracing and learning nature is one of the best forms of therapy for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor confidence and perception levels. Having exceptional self-respect and personal awareness skills can enhance your overall perception, mental cognition and professional development within society's norms.
Respect makes you a better listener, communicator, parent, student, professional worker and leader - it enhances your confidence, self-esteem, intelligence and overall personal character. A major factor in building and acquiring success is self-love which stems from effective self-care exercises and rituals, these self-care skills allows us to develop higher levels of respect for ourselves and others.
Build Respect, Value Yourself and Have Boundaries for Others
Don't settle for anything, anybody or anywhere that's less than what you truly deserve. Give yourself more credit and respect.

Surround yourself with positive minded people, everybody shouldn't agree with your every move, be around people that challenge your logic and worldviews, embrace new social settings!
Be positive and speak positive - speak great things over your life, family and career, being positive allows for healthy energies to flow around and within you!
“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself. ” – Thich Nihat Hanh
