    Being aware of your environment, surroundings and actions can enhance your overall experience of life itself - this affects your lifestyle, social and professional choices. It's important that we remain open to being aware of our actions, choices and environments as we age and progress through life. As we age, we tend to neglect certain factors that are vital parts of our overall health.  

    Learn to recognize and understand people or things that cause you to have negative or unpleasing reactions or thoughts. Most importantly, take ownership and full responsibility of your actions, behaviors and thoughts that affect others or environments in your presence. Doing things like this allows you to remain aware and receptive to the process of change and overall development.
