People that are highly uneasy or experience consistent moments of anxiety, depression or agitation usually have high signs of stressful lives. If you experience these things constantly, then those things will eventually result in physical symptoms or health issues. Stress isn't the direct problem it is the response from how we react to stressful or indecent moments or people. Some forms of stress can be somewhat good for you to learn how to adapt, survive or handle shortcomings.
Naturally, stress is apart of our daily lives which causes us to develop, react and behave differently. Stress can also cause emotional instabilities and mental problems due to the severity of its' source. These symptoms and issues can multiply or decrease depending on the level of stress severity and personal willingness to become more stabilized.

Physical signs or symptoms that are common pertaining to stress are headaches, migraines, chest pains, stomach/digestive difficulties, elevated blood pressure, sleep & intercourse problems.
Emotional signs or mental symptoms that are common stress indicators are limited concentration levels, mood swings, depression, various forms of panic attacks, anxiety and constant states of worry, despair and uneasiness.
Most people don't recognize or understand signs or hints of stressful moments, because we have been conditioned to respond to stress in negative ways which impacts our overall personality, attitude and personal performances.
As we get older, in order for us to handle, respond and behave effectively, we must learn how and why stress is unhealthy for our bodies and brains. As children, we are taught to neglect the ideas of stress because 'being young is innocence," however as leaders, parents and adults; we must learn better coping mechanisms and responsive behaviors.
There are ways to have better responses, such as incorporating healthy choices into your diet, social and lifestyle choices. Beginning with quiet time, most adults are immune to chaos and tragedy which also shows how comfortable we've become to maintaining stress versus eliminating or decreasing it.
There are other ways to help minimize or eliminate stress as well, through therapy, having alone time, taking mental/emotional breaks from social media, cellphones and social environments. Do your best to avoid high alcohol intake and drug abuse, which can cause stress, depression and anxiety. Incorporate outside and nature into your daily routines.
