Preventing Disease is Effective

 RED FLAGS OR PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Preventing diseases, infections and viruses from invading your body allows you to build more immunity versus rushing to gain immunity when the pathogen is already present. We must virus understand the difference between a virus, infection and/or disease. We must educate ourselves on anatomy, wellness and preventive medicine which allows us to add more years to our livelihood.

As you notice certain signs, aches or unpleasant feelings within your body, you should begin to incorporate different fruits, vegetables and herbs to your routine and diet. Nobody should want to change their diet or health when infection or disease has already made its' attack, preventing disease is better than maintaining sickness. First, we will define each term and then discuss its' relationship to preventive medicine.

Let's take a journey of learning....

A virus is a submicroscopic infectious agent that reproduces only inside the living cells of an organism, which are the cells we make in our bodies every single minute. A virus can infect any living organism. Ex: influenza, smallpox or measles

An infection is described as bodily reaction to any organism or pathogen that was caused by a specific bacteria, virus, parasite or fungi; infections spread when a pathogen or germs enter the body and multiply themselves, this causes for immediate infection. There are 4 different types of infections, beginning with viral, bacterial, fungal or parasitic.

A disease is a disorder of a structure or function un a human, animal or plant with its' own set of symptoms, effects, signs, or anatomical changes; specific medical conditions that need monitoring or modification. Ex: asthma, IBS, tendinitis, alcoholism

"The body can't distinguish between cleansing and punishing for the body is ignorant, and mute besides."
